Job Summary:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, providing administrative and functional support in our customer service department. This position will also multi-task a variety of front office duties. We provide on the job training as our processes and programs are proprietary. This position is an IN-OFFICE position where multiple people will be present daily.

Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for the following tasks at a minimum as well as additional job tasks as requested by management to reach our goals in Customer Service Satisfaction, Profitability, and

Peace.

• Answer incoming calls and data entry
  
• Communicate with customers effectively
  
• Communicate with coworkers effectively
  
• Communicate with insurance company representatives effectively
  
• Process customer payments
  
• Respond to emails in a timely fashion
  
• Scan job documents into company database
  
• File maintenance
  

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma
  
• 2 years customer service experience in a high-volume call environment
  
• 2 years office experience in computer skills, Microsoft Word, new applications as needed, and office equipment (fax, printer, copier)
  
• Excellent typing skills
  
• Ability to follow directions and multiple processes in a detailed and timely manner
  
• Excellent organizational, coordinating, and personal interface skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Reacts positively to change; demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
  
• Demonstrates timely and consistent job attendance history
