Contract Background Investigator

The Contract Background Investigator conducts federal background investigations on a contract basis in direct support of national security and suitability investigations.

Fieldwork involves conducting interviews and retrieving records to produce reports in compliance with laws, federal standards, and regulations.

Able to travel throughout the geographic area for field assignments. Opportunities exist for temporary duty assignments outside the primary location.

Must meet investigative deadlines assigned by ADC LTD NM. Demonstrates strong communication skills and maintains a professional demeanor under time-sensitive conditions.
