- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Prepare and dispense medications according to established protocols
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and potential adverse effects
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication regimens
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication reconciliation and therapeutic drug monitoring
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and provide drug information as needed
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff as necessary
- Valid NC Pharmacist License
- Minimum of 2 years of current inpatient pharmacy experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, night shift environment
- Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pharmacist with a passion for inpatient care to join a dynamic healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid NC Pharmacist License, have at least 2 years of current inpatient experience, and demonstrate the ability to excel in a night shift environment.
