Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Lynchburg, VA

Location: Lynchburg, VA 24502
Salary: $40-50/hr

Join our Lynchburg team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, providing compassionate and expert care directly in patients' homes.

Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding at-home infusion care, centered on individual patient needs.
Administer diverse infusion therapies with precision and care.
Monitor patient responses closely, adapting care plans as required.
Maintain meticulous treatment records, adhering to healthcare standards.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Qualifications:

Nursing degree with significant RN experience.
Active VA nursing license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Willingness to travel locally.
Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
Dedication to serving the Lynchburg community.

Additional Information:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
Schedule: Day shift, including weekends.
Pay: $40-50/hr, based on experience.
