    Description
    Responsible for achieving the highest standards and levels of sanitation in the kitchen as surrounding areas, in accordance with Health and Sanitation standards as mandated by the company and the state. Responsible for the supervision of kitchen stewards.
  • Train and supervise a staff converting all shifts
  • Extrovert attitudes, while keeping a polite distance with the guest
  • Maintain professional attire and hygiene
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen areas cleanliness operation
  • Train and supervise all new employees and provide on-going training to current staff
  • Manage the overall operation of the Loading Dock area both in control of traffic, but also the overall cleanliness and organization of the dock areas
  • Monthly china, silverware inventories are taken in al the outlets
  • Set up all china, glasses and silver requisitioned by the banquets team needed for each day functions
  • Responsible for coordinating with the team to have the supplies clean, counted and ready for pick up by area meeting room
  • Maintain all uniforms
  • Ensure all supplies and equipment are ready for all banquet functions and clean, organize and keep locked all chafers in a secured locker area

  • Write up repair work orders and immediately report and broken items or safety hazards to management for immediate attention
