- Develop relationships with program staff, community stake holders and youth/families
- Provide oversight for Homebased Intervention program (includes, but not limited to: case supervision, shadowing, fidelity adherence)
- Skillfully deliver programming to youth/families and community
- Coordinate and refer services as necessary, both internally and externally
- Quickly initiate all aspects of the program from the big picture to the day to day details
- Accurately complete data entry, collection and analysis on outcomes in order to furnish appropriate reports to achieve funding assistance
- Create goals for each family on caseload & update treatment planning
- Coach collaboratively – maintaining a balance between teaching and serving
- Visit each family on a routine and 'pop in' schedule
- Attend court with clients and render recommendations
- Motivate and collaborate with various community entities in order to complete and support program initiatives
- Effectively train staff and contractors within the program
- Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field required
- Experience working with DCS policy/standards is highly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook); able to acquire knowledge and mastery of internal proprietary database and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to multi-task
- Ability to complete assignments with high level of accuracy, and understand day-to-day detail as well as broader strategic initiatives
- Ability to work with a team when applicable
- Valid driver's license with valid insurance
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Firefly Children & Family Alliance is hiring an Intervention Services Coordinator in Terre Haute. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of the program by coordinating and managing program functions and processes; as well as community outreach to educate, promote, and market the program.
This position will have, or has the potential to have direct contact, on a regular and continuing basis, with children who are under the direct supervision of the agency.
