- Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures on study participants.
- Ensure proper collection, labeling, and processing of blood specimens according to study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of specimen collection and handling procedures.
- Collaborate with research staff to coordinate sample logistics and ensure timely delivery to laboratory facilities.
- Assist in the recruitment and screening of study participants, providing exceptional patient care throughout the research process.
- Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements governing clinical research activities.
- Certification as a Phlebotomist (CPT) required.
- Previous experience in phlebotomy in a clinical or research setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality assurance protocols.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is a plus.
