Description

Manages and the overall supply chain operations for a facility or multiple facilities, including purchasing and inventory of materials. Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations to meet established goals. Coordinates and resolves issues regarding existing and new products. Oversees most day-to-day operations of the group. Interacts with customers to ensure needs are being met. Leads and directs the work of others. Reports to the Supply Chain Director. Performs a variety of tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management or related field.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Masters degree

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year of previous project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex change management. Successful completion of post graduate internship with BHS in lieu of project management experience is acceptable.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years of progressive management in healthcare or supply chain with demonstrated success in operational improvement or project management.
