    The

    Talent Strategy Content and Design Consultant

    will bring a willingness to experiment with fresh approaches.

    The role is part of Albemarle's Organizational Effectiveness team, will directly report to the Talent and Performance Strategy Leader, and work closely with the Organizational Effectiveness leadership team, HR organization and Communications organization to define and execute actionable plans, story-based messaging, and creative assets that strengthen Albemarle's talent strategy with employees and prospective employees worldwide.


    Through ownership of content development, the Talent Strategy Content and Design Consultant will partner with internal stakeholders to shape the distinct brand voice of Albemarle's Talent Strategy.

    The ideal candidate takes feedback constructively and views creating and designing as a collaborative process.

    Through experience in design thinking, interviewing, researching, editing, and writing the Talent Strategy Content and Design Consultant can take rough, and often technical content, and translate it into polished, professional stories and visuals.

    Strong judgment, team skills, and problem solving is critical to the role.

    What You Will Do
    Bring Albemarle's Talent Strategy to life through dynamic and compelling visualization and story telling.

    Work closely with Corporate Communications on employee communication/engagement best practices and on editorial calendar planning for corporate channels, meetings, and executive spokespeople

    Own development, design, and maintenance of talent and performance catalog of digital assets

    Write/edit/produce content for multiple communications, including print, social/web, blogs, newsletters, presentations, videos, etc. Provide editorial functions, such as consistency in tone, style, clarity, and alignment with the company values, strategy, and operating model

    Create and execute deliverables that support the talent programs and initiatives including performance management, talent development, career advancement, and learning


    Partner closely with the Organizational Effectiveness leadership team to execute an annual strategic talent development rhythm that supports yearly career development objectives and enhances our reputation and culture with employees and prospective employees across the enterprise.

    Manage and develop the Talent and Performance strategy intranet site. Support other resources/tools, town hall meetings, and additional HR functional meetings as needed.

    What You Bring
    Bachelor's degree, preferably in graphic design, journalism, communications, or public relations

    Strong researching, writing and verbal skills

    Natural storytelling abilities

    Proven ability to think strategically and problem-solve

    Willingness to learn and acquire new skills

    Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative; confident and comfortable when working with executive stakeholders

    Demonstrates curiosity and opportunistic approach; proactive and self-starter; acts with urgency

    Results-oriented, self-motivated, and creative

    Excellent organizational and planning ability; detail oriented

    Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

    Works well under pressure with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines


    Preferred Education/Experience:
    Employee communications experience

    Digital communications understanding

    Advanced experience with PowerPoint / Canva /Google Slides

    HR-related experience

    Role designated as Hybrid from our Charlotte, NC HQ
