As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Design-Build Superintendent to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering design-build projects on-time and within budget. The Design-Build Superintendent will play a crucial role in coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects. At times, it may be necessary to manage more than one project, ability to adapt and multi-task is a must Though, some of these jobs may be minor renovations or warranty work, there is the possibility of two fully operational jobs.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise multiple phases of design-build projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Collaborate with project manager, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor and control project budgets and timelines, in coordination with the Project Manager; making adjustments, as necessary, to achieve project goals.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working atmosphere.
Communicate regularly with Project Manager and VP, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, quantities, and compliance with design and safety standards.
Resolve issues and conflicts promptly to maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
