Assisting physicians with coordination of care on the groundAverage daily census: 15-18 patients per day shift; strictly rounding on patients in the ICU; no procedures or vent managementFull onsite specialty support$130,000 Annual SalaryA productivity bonus of $600.00 for each month in which Employee's Services consist of an average of 13 or more Billable Encounters per shift7on/7off Rotational ScheduleHealth and other insurance coverage as available401(k) plan participationMalpractice InsuranceLicensure renewal expense reimbursementReimbursement of continuing medical education ("CME") expenses, up to $1,500.00 annually if approval by Company's Lead Advanced Practice Practitioner for the specific CME course or courses is obtained in advance of the Employee enrolling in them.
