    Position Summary:


    Reporting to the VP Sales & Business Development, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and improving the sales pipeline to increase revenue.

    This role will be responsible for achieving targeted revenue growth from new account acquisition and existing accounts.

    You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing existing revenue and serve as the subject matter expert for opportunities and requirements to increase adoption and revenue.

    This role will also work other functional departments as needed to assist with marketing programs and product management activities.


    Location:
    Northeastern US – New Jersey preferred


    Basic Functions:
    Responsible for achieving targeted revenue growth for Ambir through existing and new customers.
    Build strong relationships with customers and hunt for targeted prospects.
    Visit key customers and key prospects on-site per plan.
    Attend industry trade shows and user group meetings per plan.
    Understand competitive landscape and market trends to position company products and identify opportunities to drive revenue.
    Acquire new customers and penetrate new market segments.
    Grow revenue base with existing customers.
    Align sales activities to achieve organizational objectives.
    Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and adoption.
    Effectively communicate value-proposition to prospective customers.
    Develop annual revenue forecast and plans.
    Capture customer insights and market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
    Create and manage a sales pipeline that aligns with company sales objectives.
    Stay ahead of market trends and identify potential competitive issues.


    Other Requirements:
    Proven track record in significantly growing existing customer revenue.
    Proven track record in securing new customers and growing new revenue.
    Strong understanding of the US healthcare space and supporting ecosystems.
    Proven track record of selling solutions into various vertical markets, including healthcare.
    Be open to taking learning classes and courses, and leverage learning resources and tools.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to travel, potentially 30-40%
    A bachelor's degree in business or related field.
