WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - The Role
Build a team of lead generation managers and field sales reps in a unique abundant market.
Lead training and sales methodology with our reps so that they may be able to discuss our products and services with the customers.
Full Territory responsibility for the top line and bottom-line results.Commit to providing an unparalleled customer service experience from start to end.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING - The Person
Successful experience in hiring, training, coaching teams.
Previous management experience and proven results in motivating sales teams.
Lead Generation, preferably In-Home Sales.
Experience with High-end Products or Services.
