- Preparation of estimating proposals which includes the use of internal computer systems.
- Proofreading and making necessary corrections to the bids prior to sending them out to the contractors.
- Submitting/sending out bids by the project deadline. Must be able to work in a time sensitive and deadline driven workplace.
- Searching, downloading, electronic filing and printing of plans and specifications from various websites and plan rooms. This includes scanning, making copies, inputting data and creating files.
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
