The Technical Director will be an integral part of its team, as a driver of technical excellence across all business units.

Assessment and Implementation:
Develop and implement plans to manage the competitiveness of current product lines and products across all business units.

• Establish protocols to review and qualify the efficiency of vendors and potential vendors to achieve high standards of quality and reliability.
• Market Analysis and

Product Development:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for new or refined products.

• Technology Monitoring:

Stay informed about new manufacturing technology, production methods, and educational opportunities to enhance production capabilities.

• Assess and implement plans to address areas of technical knowledge that benefit all business units, fostering continuous improvement.
• Engagement and Networking:

Participate in technical seminars, committees, and field studies to represent our client and build industry networks.

• Project Reporting:

Provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Bachelor's degree is required.

• Experience:

In-depth experience with similar responsibilities in a manufacturing or industrial setting
