The Opportunity:
The shipping/receiving associate will primarily work to support the areas of shipping, receiving and order fulfillment. The shipping/receiving associate will be responsible for assisting in the shipping and receiving process, which includes inspecting, checking in and inventorying product, as well as supplies, and meeting all required shipping deadlines.
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about enhancing the customer experience within the sports memorabilia industry. You are a critical thinker that is authentic, tenacious, selfless, possesses a unique ability, and is on the ball. This candidate will work collaboratively with multiple business functions in a team environment and will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Unpack shipments of sports memorabilia products, inspect for damage and certification, and assist in checking the items into inventory.
• Includes purchase verification with shipment to ensure all items received match the proper invoice(s).
• Helping the shipping department to organize orders to be shipped out, as well as create shipping labels and assembling boxes in order to meet the deadlines of the company and expectations of our customers.
• Creating inventory labels for products when needed.
• Assisting in quarterly product inventory counts, or when needed.
• Maintain inventory and warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Picking up office supplies from local stores.
• Other duties may include assisting in production of products in the building of Mystery Boxes as well as other duties as assigned or required.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize receiving requirements.
• Have knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Excel
• Have good computer skills to be able to navigate Email, Slack, Shipping Software and Shopify.
• At least one (1) year experience related to the Shipping process
• At least one (1) year experience related to the Receiving process
• Good knowledge of Professional Sports, Teams and Athletes
• Be able to lift over 20-25 lbs. when needed for product/supplies.
• Be able to stand for a long period of time.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required (college courses preferred)
