- Approval of initial articles following established procedures and standards.
- Assessment of electronic assemblies and subassemblies to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Perform process audits and inspect supplier materials to confirm adherence to Solar Edge's requirements.
- Produce and update reports on findings and secure resolution of identified issues.
- Take critical measurements on parts.
- Inspect the quality of assemblies and reworked components.
- Validate the implementation of maintenance programs for tools and equipment.
- Ensure proper use of inspection templates and measuring instruments for quality assessment.
- High school diploma is a must.
- Minimum of 3 years working in similar roles in electronic assembly environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work different shifts.
- Strong focus on detail and organizational skills.
- Great analytical skills.
- Effective communication across all levels of an organization.
- Aptitude for identifying and troubleshooting production issues.
- Capability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform occasional bending and stooping.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- College degree or related courses are a plus.
- Certifications in IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, IPC-7011/7021, J-STD-002/003 are desirable.
