    Job Description100% Remote Position


    Our client, a leader in their industry, has an immediate need for a Senior .NET Developer to work on a 12 + month project.

    We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants.

    Responsibilities of the Senior


    NET Developer:
    As a team member, you will be involved in defining solutions, estimating effort, and collaborating with other team members to deliver mission-critical financial software supporting a variety of Federal, State, and Local government agenciesParticipate in team activities (i.e. Sprint Planning, Story Grooming, Sprint Retros, etc.)Use DDD to build REST APIs as Microservices which utilize Masstransit, RabbitMQ, and Azure Service BusWork with Docker containers and Azure pipelinesDesign and develop applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and REST technologiesSupport existing MVC and WCF based applicationsFacilitate technical discussions and provide alternative approaches to arrive at the best solution for the teamMentor Junior Developers to apply best practices and produce quality codeRequirements of the Senior


    NET Developer:


    5+ Years Experience software development utilizing .NET 4.7 or later, C#, Entity Framework or DapperExperience with MVC Applications, MS SQL Server 2012+ , Visual Studio Team System, and Team Foundation Server, Azure Devops, and gitHighly proficient in Domain Driven DesignStrong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns3 years of Agile Scrum3+ Years experience developing Unit Tests using nUnit, MSTest or a similar framework.

    Mentorship, willingness to help junior team membersMust be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident that has resided in the United States for at least three years due to US Federal Government security requirementsPreferred Skills:

    Docker with Kubernetes and Azure pipelinesMassTransit, RabbitMQ, and Azure Service BusKnowledge of the orchestration-based Saga patternFinancial services industry experience, preferably in a transaction processing environmentExperience migrating .Net applications to Azure using PaaS technologiesSecure Development PracticesModern Angular frameworksSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.

    The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.


    W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
