SBM Management is searching for a

Floor Technician

that can make the floors sparkle and shine

We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.

Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.


Responsibilities:
Vacuuming

Mopping

Bonneting

Extraction (wet/dry)

Strip & wax floor

Carpet spot removal

Transport equipment, tools and supplies

Move furniture before/after clean

Communicate changes, progress or problem areas


Qualifications:
Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred

A drug test will be required

3+ years of experience

Must be able to pass MVR

Must be familiar with floor work (Carpet extraction, bonneting, stripping, waxing, etc.)

Floor Care Experience is required.

Knowledge on scrub cleaning floor and carpet spot cleaning

Shift:
Sunday - Wednesday 6:00AM - 4:30PM, Sunday - Wednesday 6:00PM - 4:30AM Or Wednesday - Saturday 6:00AM - 4:30PM Wednesday - Saturday 6:00PM - 4:30AM


Compensation:
$ $16.80 per hour
