    Description

    Typical Deliverables:
    1. Secure 2.0 functions.
    manage the analysis of the Oracle patch release to support Secure 2.0 functions.
    manage obtaining the business requirements for Secure 2.0 from County. develop a project plan and schedule for the Oracle patch release and the delivery of the Secure 2.0 requirements.
    Based on the developed project plan, perform the following:
    o Oversee the retrofit of existing customizations as needed.
    o Oversee the configuration changes as needed.
    o Manage delivery of the testing development and scheduling.
    o Manage delivery of the User Acceptance Testing.
    o Manage delivery of training.
    o manage the rollout of the Secure 2.0 functionality.
    Throughout the Term, as needed or requested by the County, Resource will provide updates and documentation on their tasks to the project lead.

    2. Fluid User Interface Deployment
    oversee the development of a list of fluid pages.
    manage the prioritization of the fluid pages with ESA.
    develop a project plan and schedule for the deployment of Fluid pages.
    Based on the developed project plan, perform the following:
    o Manage the development of estimates for the de-customization of custom pages.
    o Oversee the retrofit of existing customizations as needed.
    o Oversee the configuration changes as needed.
    o Oversee the security changes as needed.
    o Manage the development of the training plan and schedule.
    o Manage the development of the rollout strategy.
    o Manage the testing development and scheduling.
    o Manage the user acceptance testing.
    o Manage the rollout and go-live support.
    Throughout the Term, as needed or requested by the County, Resource will provide updates and documentation on their tasks to the project lead.

    Required Skills & Abilities:
    Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field of study.
    Minimum Five (5) years or more of IT project management experience.
    Familiarity or experience working in organizations with a Project Management Office (PMO).
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Knowledge of SAP and financial systems.
    Prior PM experience with PeopleSoft projects.

    On-Site Requirements: Hybrid.
