    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer II to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail mindset.

    Position Description

    The Industrial Engineer II role allows you to utilize your proficiency in project management, Lean Six Sigma, facility layout and design, productivity tracking, and warehouse slotting skills to lead significant warehouse/business process projects and strategic corporate initiatives.

    Analyze and design sequence of operations and workflow to improve efficiencies in office and warehouse operations.

    They establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel, conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.

    On the basis of these studies they will then develop, implement, and maintain plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.

    Responsibilities
    Work cross functionally, to drive continuous improvement and business delivery within the operations.

    Define current conditions in processes, identify key drivers of inefficiency, and execute projects as required to enable successful transition to target conditions.

    Supports and facilitates Lean workshops, Kaizen events, and problem-solving activities to instill a culture of standardization and continuous improvement.
    Utilizes value stream maps, process flow charts, and data analytics to identify opportunities in production, engineering, and support processes.
    Leads implementation of multiple projects and initiatives to optimize product flow and quality.
    Supports the implementation of standard work for production support operations. Analyzes and documents current processes to eliminate wastes and maximize value added activities.
    Perform cost analysis and inventory analysis.
    Work cross functionally to develop and implement a supplier rating tool system.
    Proactively provide new ideas and engineering related initiatives that support the designated operations.
    Develop, maintain, and execute processes and tools to share best practices and learnings with operations and external stakeholders.
    Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and

    Requirements:
    Education/Experience
    Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related engineering discipline is required.
    High School diploma/GED required.
    Minimum of 2+ years;

    manufacturing/warehouse

    operations/engineering

    experience.
    Experience in the continuous improvement disciplines of LEAN required.
    Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification highly preferred.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    Ability to travel up to 25% to support other facilities.

    Must have solid presentation and communication skills with the ability to persuade internal and external customers in relation to continuous improvement efforts.

    Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflict to ensure buy-in and common goals.
    Acts as team facilitator with strong technical skills and the ability to manage implementations.
    Highly knowledgeable in modeling software and techniques including MS Office and facility layout and design techniques.
    Knowledgeable in continuous improvements processes including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and A3.
