Gregg Investigations Inc is hiring an administrative assistant to perform daily secretarial tasks including answering phones data entry filing mailing and more
Hours Monday-Friday from 8-430pm 40 hours per week No remote option available Requirements High school education or higher Prior experience working in a professional office setting Proficiency in Microsoft Word Touch Typing Notary preferred Position Responsibilities Customer Service Interact with clients over the phone and via email discuss available services quote prices conduct professional correspondence download legal documents to prepare for service Data Entry Upload legal documents into system PST Prepare documents for service print field sheets organize into respective bins Prepare affidavits spellcheck process server's notes and print Prepare invoices to be mailed Staff Support Prepare routes for process servers Assist with coordinating process server's schedules Additional Use approved resources to locate current addresses as needed Notary is preferred we will support the employee in obtaining if necessary Willingness to serve papers on occasion is preferred Job Type Full-time Pay $17.00 per hour Education High school or equivalent Preferred Experience Customer service year Preferred Work Location In person
