    Your Role


    Are you an energetic and upbeat automotive technician with a knack for problem-solving? If you have a positive attitude and a strong desire to serve our guests, we want you on our team As an Automotive Technician, you will:

    • Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
    • Gain valuable experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
    • Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
    • Collaborate with a team to address customer concerns swiftly and effectively.
    • Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
    • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs.
    • Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.

    What We're Looking For


    Qualifications:

    • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
    • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
    • ASE Certifications are preferred, or a commitment to achieve them.
    • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
    • A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
    • A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
    • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
    • A desire for long-term career development.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
    • Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above head.
    • Capable of working in tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
    • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
    • Ability to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
    • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
    • Proficient in navigating a computer.
