- Maintain a caseload of at least 10 active clients per week.
- Document and file each session in the client's record promptly.
- Complete intake and other necessary forms.
- Collaborate with clients to conduct biopsychosocial assessments.
- Develop treatment plans with clients and ensure timely completion.
- Provide individual, couple, or family therapy sessions as needed.
- Make referrals based on clinical observations.
- Communicate with other treatment facilities and professionals as required.
- Follow ethical practices and maintain client confidentiality.
- Perform other program-related duties as assigned.
- Master's Degree in human services or related field.
- Active professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion.

- Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Office 365.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous internship or externship experience at Naropa Counseling Centers.
