    We are currently looking for an experienced:

    REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR (RN)

    Full Time, Evenings

    Job Description:

    • Ensuring the best patient care by supervising the Facility and guiding the nursing staff during the shift.
    • Supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing the Nursing Services Department.
    • Overseeing Nursing services for Facility during the shift following regulations and procedures.
    • Supervising and aiding Nurses with patients in critical situations.
    • Addressing employee issues promptly and documenting actions taken.
    • Taking on-call duties when necessary.
    • Performing assigned duties as needed.

    Job Requirements:

    • High school diploma.
    • Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing. Current license from North Carolina Board of Nursing.
    • Delivering quality nursing care to patients with a focus on geriatric nursing.
    • Yearly CPR certification.
    • Participating in training and staff meetings as needed.
    • Ability to supervise nursing staff ensuring timely completion of tasks.
    • Understanding and following policies, procedures, and regulations.
    • Experience in Long Term Care is a plus.
