- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting patients with the check-in process upon arrival, verifying insurance information, and collecting any necessary payments or co-pays.
- Managing the check-out process, scheduling follow-up appointments, and providing any necessary paperwork or instructions.
- Ensuring that patient records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed. This may involve scanning and indexing documents into the electronic medical records system.
- 2+ years of office administrative experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of HIPPA and other medical insurance regulations.

Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist for a growing organization in Eureka. As a Medical Receptionist, you will provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees, and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the front office activities.
This position is an onsite position, Monday-Friday.
