    Description

    Techstra is seeking an experienced BI Lead Consultant with a strong background in ADL, Data Bricks, and Azure. This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our team and clients through complex BI projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee the end-to-end development of BI solutions, from requirements gathering to implementation and optimization.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored BI strategies and solutions to address them.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize their BI capabilities and maximize value.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of BI developers, analysts, and consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
    • Design and architect scalable and efficient BI solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
    • Perform data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance, reliability, and usability of BI solutions.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on BI trends, technologies, and best practices, staying abreast of industry developments and incorporating them into our offerings.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
    • 20+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful BI solutions.
    • Expertise in BI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, MicroStrategy, etc.
    • Strong technical skills in data modeling, ETL processes, SQL, and data visualization.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBIP, TDWI, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) preferred
