- Owning the performance of an Engineering Services group in conjunction with SEL strategic objectives, ensuring that cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
- Owning team development and long-term strategy in the group.
- Leading and developing engineers and supervisors to meet the goals of the organization.
- Business development within Boston, MA. and the surrounding areas.
- Applying technical knowledge of power systems and consulting.
- Modeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
- A Bachelors in an Engineering field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- 5 or more years of related engineering and management.
- Technical expertise in electrical power systems.
- A genuine passion for fostering a positive work culture.
- A proven ability to lead the design and support of successful projects.
- Proficiency in managing complex business process problems requiring creativity and ingenuity.
- A strong desire to develop employees and lead projects.
