Job description
Harmony Heating, LLC, a true family owned and operated company, is seeking a seasoned HVAC installer with experience in new construction to join their busy team. We work with many of the premier homebuilders in Chester, Delaware & Montgomery counties, to design and deliver custom HVAC systems which may include radiant in-floor heating systems, geothermal systems, mini-split systems and more. Bring your knowledge of blueprint/schematic reading, duct layout/installation, good communication and leadership skills. Your hard work and drive to be the best won't go unnoticed here. This is a full time position with a 40-hour work week and OT availability. You will not be a 1099 sub-contractor or get paid per-job. Pay rate is
Responsibilities
Complete jobs in a timely and professional manner
Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes
Keep the jobsite and materials clean and organized
Supervise, train, and oversee the work of an install helper
Communicate job progress with job site superintendent and office managers
Keep track of company tools
Requirements
5 years of installation experience
Highschool Diploma
Driver's license with clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Great mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with HVAC installation
