- Install, maintain and troubleshoot existing client PC & peripherals hardware & software & operating systems throughout the companys network
- Assist user personnel in identifying causes and solutions of apparent computer related questions and errors
- Support internal customers with technical assistance, basic network connectivity, equipment diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Support remote users with technical assistance, remote access connectivity, equipment diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
