    Press Brake Operator $17hr or BOECandidates Needed Immediately

    Press Brake Operator Job Responsibilities Include:

    Setup and operate computer programmable/controlled brake press machinesMust be able to plan and layout bending sequence, referring to drawings and blueprintsBend products or assemblies of small, light average weight, to large heavy weightRequest assistance on large or heavy sheet metal blanksSetup up metal dies in performing operations in formingAll parts must be bent to close tolerancesRequires aligning, fitting and adjusting parts to meet operating requirementsTroubleshoot and rework pieces that fail testsAssist Engineering Personnel in modification, parts substitution, and revisionsPossible required minor machine maintenance proceduresCoordinates orders on by ship date.

    Quality control is a requirement.
    Performs other duties as assigned by managerPress Brake Operator Required Education and ExperienceAbility to read and understand blueprint and diagrams1-2 years previous experienceAbility to use basic hand tools and gauges and grindersComputer skills helpfulMinimum HS diploma or equivalentMust pass manufacturing basic skills examGood math and reading skillsPhysical Requirements for

    Press Brake Operator:

    Ability to work in a standing position up to 6 hoursLift up to 70 pounds with or without assistance, bend, twist and reachAbility to read gages, drawings, machine settings, etc.
