Job Duties:Responsible for facilitating HR projects for clients while maintaining a high level of quality, professionalism, and efficient turnaround. Cultivates and strengthens relationships with clients by anticipating and addressing their needs. Effectively manages time spent on projects for each client and prioritizes responsibilities well. Prepares reports that identify the initial needs of the client and how projects have solved them. Develops, coordinates, and recommends changes for operational improvement.
