    Job DescriptionFACILITY WILL CONSIDER MLT'S AT A BR RATE

    TRAVELER MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND HIT THE GROUND RUNNING. Will be working alone during shift

    Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED

    NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

    Requirement description :
    • ASCP REQUIRED - Equivalent Certification will not be accepted
    • Minimum 2 years current MT experience - Required
    • Tube/Pneumatic experience REQUIRED
    • TRAVELER MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND HIT THE GROUND RUNNING Will be working alone during shift
    • Phlebotomy Skills - REQUIRED
    • Hematology, Chemistry and Coagulation experience - Required
    • Micro and Blood Bank experience - Required
    • Travel experience Highly preferred
    • CPSI experience - Strongly preferred
    • Bachelor Degree - Highly Preferred
    • Critical access hospital experience preferred
    • Facility will consider MLT's at 63

    • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
    • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
    • License/Certifications

    CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
    • ASCP
    • BLS (AHA)

    Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
