    RN Position Job Notes:

    Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

    Job Details:


    • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

    • Float position providing coverage across multiple patient care units as needed

    • Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of patient population served

    • Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner consistent with unit standards

    • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required

    • BLS Certification required

    • Must have current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served

    • Communicate clearly and concisely appropriate to the developmental age of patients

    • Handle emergency/crisis situations with ability for prolonged standing and walking

    • Physical requirements include heavy lifting to position, push and transfer patients or equipment

    • Must have hearing and visual acuity within normal or correctable limits

    • Manual dexterity and fine motor coordination required

    • Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases

    • Working hours are varied with flexibility due to unexpected schedule changes and emergencies
