We are seeking an experienced and dependable Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of day-to-day accounting for a set of assigned clients.Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients including transaction entry categorization bank and credit card reconciliations AP and AR processing journal entries adjusting entries maintaining general ledger accuracy performing month-end year-end closings preparing delivering financial statements ensuring timely filing sales tax payroll tax compliance communicating directly with clients resolving questions requesting documents explaining financials ensuring accuracy timeliness deliverables following firm SOPs maintaining high-quality internal documentation
