    We are searching for a positive dependable route driver to complete wholesale alcohol deliveries for our company. As a driver for Alchemist Beverage Co, you will safely and efficiently operate commercial motor vehicles in transit. Our drivers must have a positive, friendly attitude, and possess great customer service skills.

    Job Responsibilities/Requirements

    • Expected to conduct a pre- and post-trip inspection
    • Loading and unloading goods efficiently and carefully
    • Reading route sheets thoroughly.
    • Ensure packages are secured before moving off.
    • Communicating with immediate supervisor and routers.
    • Communicating with dispatch and contacting customers when required.
    • Interacting with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
    • Must be able to lift heavy weight (up to 100 lbs.); push, pull freight or other equipment weighing up to 500 lbs. with equipment assistance; twist, turn, climb and reach frequently, and hook and unhook commercial vehicle combinations.
    • Complying with Department of Transportation and Company's rules and regulations
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • 18+ years of age.
    • Must hold Driver License with a favorable driving record
    • 1-year minimum driving experience preferred.
    • Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
    • Must pass a background check.
    • Must have the ability to read, write and communicate in English.
    • Must have flexibility regarding hours worked – overtime as required, weekends and holidays.
