T he Assistant Swim Coach is expected to provide support and encouragement to assist swimmers in learning the specific progressive or competitive program.

What Qualifications Youll Need:
Minimum age of 18 years.
E xperience conducting swim team practices preferred or relevant experience .Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including nights and weekends.
Knowledge of computer software used for running meets and swimmer line-ups.What Youll Do:
Assist in l ead ing swimmers through skill mastery and swim practices .Provide a safe environment that e ncourage s swim team participants to have a safe and an enjoyable YMCA experience.
Assist in supervis ing the entire swim meet, including warm-ups, practice dives, events, etc., ensuring the safety of the swimmers .Conduct practices with energy and enthusias m.
