Immediate opening for AX Technical Analyst at Australian Gold
SUMMARY
This position assures that the needs of the business are being accurately represented in current and future ERP functionality. This position also works closely with AX development and IT system teams to implement and support the AX infrastructure, SharePoint, and other business applications.

QUALIFICATIONS
A candidate should have a working knowledge of Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365, as well as technical understanding of AX code, integrations, and Microsoft AX development best practices. Experience in Power BI and Power Automate is helpful. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Confers with user departments to identify system requirements.
- Works with the VP of Technology and IT team to solve complex business problems as they relate to the ERP and other systems.
- Prepares detailed specifications from which programs can be written.
- Analyzes and revises existing system logic.
- Works to identify, setup, configure and deploy AX and other business tool functionality to fulfill business requirements.
- Trains colleagues and other users on the use of computer system.
- Participates as a key team member for major implementations and upgrades to the ERP and other systems.
- Moves source code from one environment to another, including production systems, following Microsoft Best Practices.
- Monitors and communicates data integrity issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Assists and gathers data needed for BI and reporting.
- Determines, communicates and maintains adherence to best practice processes as they relate to the ERP and other systems.
- Assists as a member of the user helpdesk team.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
