Job summary
The role of the veterinary receptionist is to provide an exceptional standard of care for all patients and clients through offering a friendly greeting by phone and in person.Receptionists are the first point of contact for clients utilizing the services of Allen Animal Clinic. It is the responsibility of the receptionist to schedule appropriately over the phone, greet all clients that enter,
and ensure clients and patients are comfortable in a clean lobby area. Perform all designated call back and reminder call per veterinarian's request. Aid in achieving greater efficiency by ensuring
the front office moves quickly, so clients and patients are not waiting. Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients and patients for whom the practice provides veterinary services at all times.Host a significant role in communicating with and educating clients about pet health and well-being.
