    Job Summary
    Responsible for overseeing the development of the Human Resources objectives related to employee relations, compliance, recruitment, diversity, retention, succession planning, employee services and compensation. Reviews Human Resources policies and procedures and provides direction to staff relating to all employees; relays directions to staff regarding policies, EEO wage, salary management, benefits and training. Formulates training plans and ensures all required programs are completed and documented. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Facilitates strategic planning and management for the Human Resources Department; provides guidance and expertise in the management of Human Resources for the Company.
    • Provides interpretation of Company policies and state legal requirements. Provides for communications with other departments regarding human resources issues.
    • Serves on the senior leadership team and assists and guides departments and offices in the resolution of conflicts and implementation of new and revised laws and regulations.
    • Guides and manages the overall delivery of Human Resources services, policies and functions for the Company.
    • Directs planning and administration of corporate compensation and total rewards throughout the Company and other services as appropriate.
    • Coordinates the implementation of services, policies and programs through Human Resources staff; provides leadership, coaching and education to professional and administrative support staff, sharing knowledge and assisting them to be more effective.
    • Serves as a liaison between the Human Resources department and other offices, departments and organizations. Leads integrated work teams and cross-functional projects. Builds relationships to foster successful collaborations.
    • Develops a superior workforce and a culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
    • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
    • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Bachelor's Degree
    While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

    Salary:
    Primary Location Pay Range: $204, $306,813.64
    Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
    Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
