    **Trinity Industries** is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of **IT Support Specialist** in our **Dallas, TX office.** This person will provide level II support for pc hardware and software, printing, mobile devices and desk phones for Trinity locations.

    **What you'll do:**

    Resolve customer computer issues utilizing your customer service and technical skills with Microsoft and Dell products

    Communicate technical information to customers using everyday terms they will understand (avoiding the use of technical terms and jargon whenever possible)

    Produce quality resolution documentation

    Maintain technical knowledge base and report updates as needed to ensure the content of the documentation is current, relevant, and accurate

    Stay current on the latest developments in software and desktop technology

    Support an on call rotation

    Provide training to End User on applications, software and IT policies, including New Hire orientation

    **Qualifications**

    **What you'll need:**

    5 years' IT support experience in an environment supporting a large global corporate customer base

    Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination required

    Excellent customer service and the ability to meet metrics as prescribed

    Successful candidate must have 5yrs experience and be able to demonstrate their technical skills in providing support for the following: Level II troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, Basic Networking and Internet troubleshooting, Mobile Devices troubleshooting for both iPhones and Androids, Active Directory, Wireless Access, VPN Access, Windows7 and Windows10, MS Office and O365, Working with Cisco VoiP including Voicemail, User Administration including on boarding/off boarding, and Air Watch Administration

    Must be a team player in a collaborative environment but have the ability to work on their own when needed

    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision

    Ability to lift up to 10 lbs

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

    A+/MSCA/ITIL Certifications a plus
