National Ambulance wants you to be part of our rapidly growing family oriented company that provides emergency and non-emergency medical care by ambulance and handicap van services to Greater Springfield.We are looking for a self-motivated individual that is willing to work aboard our Adveance Life Support Ambulances.
Responsibilities
- Performs ambulance maintenance,equipment maintenance,bldg maintenace adn radio equipment Stocks ambulances with med supplies performs daily inventory of supplies Is responisble stock supply ALS meds onboard ambuclces Responds to amublance calls during regular scheduled shift Provides basic advanced life support emrgency med care sick injured Assesses situation determines best mode treatment specific injuries illness Per OEMS Protocol Communicates info patients families in emrgcy situations Lifts transpats pasengers Regularly has rapidly calculate drug doses perfoms drug therapy on patiants Does invasive procedures under adverse conditions Works under Medical control perform med procedurs in emrgcy situations Communciates local hospitals transfers patient records emergy depertment staff Follows up emergy room staff Attends training seminars mainatins currant certifications Performs similar related work as reqird directed or as situatios dictates
