Propel Schools is seeking an Assistant Middle School Track Coach for the 2024 season at Propel Montour Middle School, Propel Braddock Hills Middle School and Propel Hazelwood School
Successful candidates will have:
Prior high school, middle school, and/or youth track coaching experiencePreferred candidates will have student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level, prior middle school coaching experience, & USATF certificationMust possess effective coaching technique and skillsMust possess knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sportResponsibility for assembling his/her volunteer coaching staffResponsibility of coordinating a middle school track program with the assistant coach and athletic directorHigh level of personal organization and planningStrong communication and relationship building skills with student-athletes & familiesWillingness to participate in ongoing professional developmentA commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel SchoolsRequirements:Up-to-date TB TestAct 34 Criminal ClearanceAct 114 FBI ClearanceAct 151 Child Abuse ClearanceStipend: $1,000.
