- Supervise when needed.
- Proficient in electrical meter testing.
- Knowledge of electric systems.
- Complete electrical repairs and welding projects.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license (CDL Preferred).
- Technical training in Medium/Heavy Duty trucks.
- 2-year school and 4 years of experience or 5 years of fleet maintenance experience.
- Annual Inspector Certification.
- Brake Inspector Certification.
- ASE certifications in Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks.
- EPA section 608 and 609 HVAC & Refrigeration Certification.
- Expertise in vehicle systems and components.
- Expertise in electrical systems diagnosis and repair.
- Expertise in refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge in Preventive Maintenance Inspections and repair.
- Skills in welding and cutting.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of diagnostic software.
- Must provide own tools.
- Various physical activities like sitting, standing, lifting, and reaching required.
