Job summary
The Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Kentucky is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to function as a night shift Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This position will improve the capacity of the clinical practice, provide enhanced monitoring of clinically complex patients and contribute to excellence in patient care and patient satisfaction.Responsibilities
- obtaining patient health histories, reviewing outside records and performing complete physical examinations, as well as documenting findings noting pertinent normal and abnormal findings.
- In addition, this position orders and interprets appropriate diagnostic and laboratory tests
