The Front-End Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Front End (Customer Service, Cash Office, Cashiers, Maintenance). Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures with respect to department operations, quality, safe food handling to ensure compliance state federal OSHA safety sanitation regulations Maintains high-quality service-oriented environment at all times Develops implements front-desk policies procedures Responds promptly customer needs questions including answering store phone Provides training staff required makes schedule front-end employees Actively manages workflow courtesy desk manages customer flow reports performance policy issues Store Director Provides backup assistance Customer Service Cash Office Cashiers Manages initial annual Performance Reviews front-end associates Any other duties assigned.Responsibilities
