    Job DescriptionA hospital in Independence, MO is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Cardiac Telemetry RN to join their teamCheck out the details below:

    Title: Registered Nurse – Cardiac Telemetry

    Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

    Setting: Hospital – Cardiac Stepdown

    Location: Independence, MO

    Schedule: Full-time, day/night shifts available, rotating weekends

    Pay: Competitive based on education and experience, plus night/weekend shift differential
    Company-paid benefits: Health insurance (medical, dental, vision), Accrual PTO, tuition reimbursement, Pet/Auto/Home insurance, Adoption Assistance, and more
    Sign-on bonus: $12K with a 2-year commitment

    The Cardiac Tele RN duties to include but not limited to:

    • Assess acute changes in patients of wide variety (Chest Pain, Stroke, COPD, Post Ops, GI, Accelerated Heart Rhythm, and Drips)
    • Monitor and analyze the heart rhythm of patients, interpret ECGs, note arrhythmias, and intervene in emergency situations
    • Have high level critical thinking skills, vast clinical knowledge, and able to stay calm under pressure.
    REQUIREMENTS:


    • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
    • Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience required
    • Current RN license in MO/compact
    • BLS, ACLS upon hire
