To Support HP staff with day-to-day operations & implementation of strength, conditioning & recovery programming (primary Football) for all intercollegiate athletic teams.
This role specifically contributes to the University's mission and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics by aiding in adherence to NCAA and Conference rules and regulations.
Science-based development of Individual & Team Specific programs, which assist in improving movement patterns, enhancing physical durability & overall athletic performance (Speed-Agility Plyometric Training, Strength Training, Mobility-Flexibility Training, and conditioning exercises) for assigned teams.
