As a Landscaping/Snow Removal Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of multiple property grounds by performing landscaping and snow removal work as assigned.

Summary Of Functions
Responsible for the ongoing landscaping and snow removal of property grounds as assigned.
Responsible for mowing, edging, watering, raking, pruning and fertilizing lawns.
Responsible for weeding and mulching landscape beds.
Responsible for trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs and removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees.
Responsible for shoveling, plowing and piling snow.
Responsible for applying sand, salt, or solutions to melt ice and snow
Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken
place or that may occur.
Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Adhere to all safety precautions.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Projection of a professional image by following the dress code and appearance standards
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license w/insurance and a good driving record.
A positive, upbeat attitude
A work record of good attendance and punctuality
Ability to work well independently and with a team.
Good communication skills

Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles, bending, crouching, and lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy objects.
