Customer Service Representative/Data Entry SpecialistLocation: Escondido, CA (Onsite)

Hours: 5 days a week, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be available any day of the week, including weekends)

Pay:
$25 per hour

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals in the San Diego community who require housing resources and support.

You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, documenting information provided by callers, and performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Additionally, you will follow up with cases to ensure that individuals receive the assistance they need.

This is a temporary assignment set for approximately 5 weeks, but has strong potential to be extended based on company need.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from individuals seeking housing resources and supportDocument caller information and inquiries accurately in the databasePerform data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detailFollow up on cases to ensure that individuals receive appropriate assistanceCollaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support to callersMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesRequirements: Previous experience in customer service or related field preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work within a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryFlexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends, within the specified hoursPassion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community

Pay Details:
